Sašo Kočevar

Founder, Managing Director and hfp senior consultant, specialised in leadership, communication and conflict management.

Sašo studied educational sciences, sociology and philosophy at Heidelberg University. After employment at the Stress research group at the faculty of medicine at Heidelberg University, he joined the ISAM (Institute for Supercomputing and Applied Mathematics) at the IBM Scientific Centre in Heidelberg as personal assistant to the Director. Sašo founded and led companies in the field of IT and finance for some years.

In 2003 he founded hfp consulting and leads it as managing director. Sašo has developed and conducted leadership training programmes for all levels of scientific careers. Over the last 7 years he has trained more than 1000 scientists for organisations like European Molecular Biology Organization, SEMM (Milan), PRBB (Barcelona), Cancer Research (UK), Medical Research Council (UK), Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (UK), Gregor Mendel Institute of Molecular Plant Biology (Vienna), Integrated School of Ocean Science (Kiel), Harvard Medical School (Boston, MA), MIT (Cambridge, MA). Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot, Israel), MPIZ (Cologne) and others.

Sašo Kočevar is a member of DGTA (German Association for Transactional Analysis), a professional member of IAE (International Enneagram Association) and EMT (German Association of Enneagram Teachers).
